The next Quilts for Others (QFO) working bee is on 9th May, from 10am until 2pm, in the CQ room at Cook Community Hub.
QFO makes quilts to donate to charities and organizations in the Canberra region. In 2016 301 quilts were made and donated.
If you would like to join us at a working bee you would be most welcome. There are plenty of jobs to be done: hand sewing, machine sewing, pinning and other tasks.
Bring your lunch if you plan to stay for the day. Morning tea is provided. The next working bee days are: May 9 and June 13.
