The next Wonderful Wednesday meeting will be in the Cook Community Hub Hall on 19 October, from 9.30am until 12.30pm. It is followed by a drop-in session in the CQ room until 4pm. The library will be open at the drop-in until 2pm.
It is bring and buy day at this meeting – so bring your excess fabrics, threads etc to sell or bring your money to buy! The QFO excess fabric sale table will also be operating.
At WW you can sit and hand sew, knit, chat and enjoy the morning tea. There is ‘stuff’ for free on the stage – members use it to recycle fabric, books and magazines. As well as regular show and tell there is a lucky door prize, badge draw and raffles.
