SECURITY CODE CHANGE
The codes to arm and disarm the security for our room will be changing in mid to late December.
The lovely volunteers who take responsibility for opening and closing the room for our many get togethers will be notified of the new codes either at the Volunteers Supper being planned in the next few weeks or via an email.
BUT please note – only ‘trained’ volunteers will be notified. These are people who have been through a familiarisation session on how to arm/disarm the security, and what responsibility they take on by volunteering to help take care of our room. This is not onerous but such things as who to call and where to go in case of an emergency evacuation are important to know.
VOLUNTEER TRAINING
If you want to volunteer but haven’t been trained or you need a refresher Helen Rose has scheduled two separate sessions:
- Tuesday 13 November at 7:30pm and
- Thursday 22 November at 5:00pm.
These will each take about 1 hour. Please contact Helen via email or on 0410 170 176 if you want to attend. If these times don’t suit you please contact Helen and another arrangement can be made.
