Three Canberra Quilters’ members have been accepted to the prestigious Quilts=Art=Quilts exhibition at the Schweinfurth Memorial Art Center in Auburn, New York. The exhibition is on now, until 4th Jan 2015.
They are Dianne Firth, Beth Miller and Brenda Gael Smith. Beth has received the Catherine Hastedt Award for Workmanship for her quilt, Canberra the Planned City. You may recall this quilt from the tACTile exhibition last year at the Belconnen Arts Centre.
