A message from Valerie Merritt, Exhibition Co-ordinator:
I know most of you are wondering if our exhibition will go ahead in these worrying times. The committee have committed to continue with the planning and things are definitely progressing behind the scene so that when or if the situation improves, we will have quilts to show and hand crafted items to sell.
So this is a very friendly reminder that if you have some of those lovely hand crafted items to sell, you must submit an ‘Intention to Sell’ form by Friday 30 July 2021, (available on the CQ website). After that date an ‘Inventory Form’ will be forwarded to you with your barcodes and guidelines regarding barcode ticketing, pricing and tagging.
If you are planning on entering a quilt in the exhibition, an extension of one week has been granted. (Note this is for entries into the Exhibition only, and is separate from submissions to the sales room) This will give you until the Friday after the August meeting, that is Friday 6th August to get your entry in.
Please email or call me if you are having difficulties with your entry.
Valerie Merritt
Exhibition Coordinator
