Small Japanese Projects – 26 February

Meeting runs from 10am until 12noon, followed by the drop-in until 4pm.

Convenor Wendy describes the activity for this month:

We’re very much looking forward to Anne Laffan’s folded hexagon demonstration! Anne showed us her quilt last year, combining Japanese fabrics and sashiko stitched blocks. It seems to be an easy and satisfying way of using our fabrics. These hexagons are also adaptable to many projects. Come along and find out how to make them.

Bring along your Japanese projects, UFOs or Works in Progress, or magazines or photos that might inspire us.
