The first QFO working bee of the year will be held on Tuesday 9 Feb from 10am until 2.3opm, in the CQ room.
QFO makes quilts for various local charities and organisations- over 400 were made and distributed last year. The working bee has various activities where members can contribute – including pinning tops for quilting, helping with hand sewing of binding and labels, quilting tops, sewing tops, sewing quilt as you go blocks, putting kits together.
Members are asked to bring their own sewing kit, others tools and machines provided.
BYO lunch, but tea and coffee supplied.
